Return & Refund Policy – Nuestro Santuario
Thank you for shopping with Nuestro Santuario — a curated collection of handcrafted, soulful pieces for your home and life. We want you to love your purchase, but if your item doesn’t feel right, here’s how returns work.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery on most items.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Jewelry, textiles, furniture, and decorative objects must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- One-of-a-kind and Estate Finds items are final sale and cannot be returned except for damage or defect.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at cynthia@nuestrosantuario.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send instructions on how to ship your item back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you about approval.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges online. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
