About the Co-Creator of the Sanctuary

Cynthia Thyfault is the co-creadora del santuario behind Nuestro Santuario—a designer, curator, and storyteller of spaces. She has always been drawn to places with soul: old estates, historic haciendas, quiet courtyards where light and shadow dance across stone. For her, design is not about perfection; it’s about presence.

Her work begins with listening— to the home, to the land, and to the people who live there. She seeks out handcrafted pieces, vintage treasures, and regional artisanship that feel remembered rather than simply bought. Each project becomes a collaboration, a shared estate that reflects not only her vision, but the true inner world of her clients.
